Here is a list of plants and animals currently found in the area, an example of nature's diverse profusion along Glidden Drive.

Many of these have been written about by Naturalist Roy Lukes. You can now search Roy Lukes' Nature-Wise Web Site for specific words.

There are many, many invertebrates but one that is very significant: Hine's Emerald Dragonfly – a federal and state-listed endangered species.
